We are not responsible for broken products or how carriers handle our packages. We utilize UPS or USPS for shipping. Cost is based on weight and area. We use 2-Day shipping only. Overnight shipping is too costly and we understand that.

UPDATE ON ANY SHIPPING ORDERS places after 02/25/25:
Any orders for shipping received after 02/25/25 will not be processed or shipped until the week of March 10th. Longer Carnival Seasons takes its toll on our staff and we are closed the week of Mardi Gras so we can rest! 
Shipping takes 10-14 days to process. During our busy season (Major Holidays) it can take longer. Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. (Please make sure email is correct. PayPal will auto fill most of the time and if this information is not correct, then we have no way of knowing that)
